With passion as his compass and his beloved Anne-Laure by his side, Philipe's journey led them to establish their first "Boulangerie" in the charming town of Chaussin, a commune tucked in between Saint-Baraing and Asnans-beauvoisin of Eastern France when they were 19 years old.
